Meet The Team

ADDventures in ADHD womens group is our original group that runs regularly.  This group is offered virtually to women in Ontario who suspect or have officially been diagnosed with ADHD. This 6-week group helps you understand how ADHD shows up in your life, and how to handle the pressures of being a women WITH ADHD in the modern world.

This group is for adults who suspect or have been officially diagnosed with ADHD.  Formal diagnosis is not required.  Learn about ADHD, how it presents, common challenges, and how to cope with the overwhelming struggle that affects only those living with ADHD. 

This 6-week grief and loss group helps you understand how you process grief, have space to explore your own experiences, as well as take comfort from others who deeply understand the pain and challenges associated with living with a heavy heart.
