ADHD+ Coaching Services for Kids, Teens, Adults, and Families​

ADHD+ services are offered in individual session, with parents, and in group settings. We work within a skills based interpersonal framework pulling from a deep well experiences while always staying true to you!
We help you learn real skills that are applicable to your life, delivered in a way that feels personal and effective. Having lived experience of ADHD we offer deep understanding and support of your neurodivergent experiences.
We help people and their loved ones, find meaning beyond the struggle with a practical, relational, and effective approach.

While we currently do not offer assessments (diagnosis) in house, we have a trusted list of referral sources to offer you support navigating ADHD assessments. We do however offer you all the ADHD and neuro-affirming support you need at any stage of the process. You do not need a formal diagnosis or special referral to access these services.
